If you are a fellow resale store junkie and adorer of all things vintage, you know the dilemia of finding one singular plate that is beautiful.  Just make a cakestand doofus!  It is so easy.

Find a plate.

Find a candle stick

Roughen up the surfaces which will be glued

Buy epoxy

Glue the candlestick to the plate

Make a cake and use your new cakestand!
